Service Policies
Below you will find The Hustle Lab's general service policies. By agreeing to work with The Hustle Lab, you consent to the policies as outlined below.
Specific policies and guidelines related to your service agreement can also be found in your contract. If you have any questions or concerns, please send an email to thehustlelabllc@gmail.com.
Early Contract Termination
Either The Hustle Lab or the Client may terminate service agreement by providing 30 days written notice (“Notice of Termination”). Termination shall become effective on the final day of the current monthly term or previously agreed upon project end date.
Upon receiving a Notice of Termination from Client, The Hustle Lab shall continue to provide Services through the end of the current monthly term or until previously agreed upon project end date, unless the Notice of Termination requests that Contractor discontinue the Services immediately.
Payment Terms
Client agrees to pay full service retainer as outlined by service contract and/or invoice, beginning on the Effective Date.
Services will not be rendered until Client pays project deposit or the first month's retainer fee.
Late Fees
If The Hustle Lab does not receive payment of any applicable fees from Client within 14 calendar days of the date of the original invoice, Client shall be charged a late fee of 2% per day of the outstanding amount.
Refunds
All fees are earned upon receipt and generally non-refundable. The Hustle Lab may agree to issue a full or partial refund at The Hustle Lab’s sole discretion for Services that The Hustle Lab is unable to provide, or for Services that do not meet the specifications outlined in the service agreement, provided neither circumstance is due to Client’s own actions.
Intellectual Property
Client is entitled to the final and complete work product, but is not entitled to the editable, "native", and/or "working" files used to create the final work product, unless explicitly agreed upon in service contract prior to beginning work. Additional fees may apply to access editable, native, and/or working files.
Otherwise, Client retains the rights to publish, reproduce, transmit, adapt, prepare derivative works, sell, or otherwise make use of all delivered final work products throughout the world, in any form or medium and in any language, and to license or otherwise transfer to others the rights commensurate with those now assigned. The obligations contained in this paragraph shall survive termination of this Agreement.
The Hustle Lab reserves the irrevocable right to use the final work product as part of portfolios and websites, in case studies, and in other media for the sole purpose of showcasing the work product.
Style Release
Client represents that it has reviewed The Hustle Lab’s previous work product and is satisfied with The Hustle Lab’s general style.
The Hustle Lab will use reasonable efforts to ensure that any delivered work product meet’s Client’s desires and expectations. However, Client understands and accepts that:

every client has different tastes, budgets and needs which impacts the final work product;

The Hustle Lab is a professional entity with a unique vision and ever-evolving style and technique;

The Hustle Lab is free to act upon its professional judgment in an effort to produce favorable results for client, which may not include strict adherence to Client’s suggestions; and

Dissatisfaction with The Hustle Lab’s judgment or management style are not valid reasons for a discount or refund.
Relationships of Parties
The Hustle Lab and any related sub-contractors are independent contractors. They are not Client’s employees, partners, or members.
The Hustle Lab has the sole right to control and direct the means, manner, and method by which the Services are performed.
The Hustle Lab has the right to hire assistants, sub-contractors, or employees to provide the Services.
